A Guided Coasteering Adventure

Participate in an adventure activity that treats the coastal environment as a giant natural playground!

Manoeuvre along challenging terrain using a variety of methods to explore the impact zone where the sea meets the land. Techniques include sea level traversing, rock climbing, sea swimming, body surfing, caving, and belly flopping! High Water sessions also include rock jumping.

Low Water sessions are ideal for students aged 8+ that can swim unaided. Wetsuits and buoyancy aids will be provided along with helments. During the session, guides will show you how to navigate the rocky terrain via rock scrambling, caving and some sea swimming, but the main focus is to help teach about the unique history, geology, wildlife and foraging opportunities.

High Water sessions are aimed at older students 12+ who can swim 100m in the sea unaided. This is a high-adrenaline adventure that won't be forgotten in a hurry! As well as the techniques taught in the low water course, participants will also lean rock climbing and cliff jumping. Every obstacle is optional for those who don't fancy a particular challenge!
