Check out the Visitor Room before setting off on one of several walks to find examples of the types of fossils you might find along the way. Bring nets and buckets and go rockpooling or crabbing. Keep watch for red squirrels or harbour seals playing along the shoreline. Or take on the 1970s Nature Trail - a 90 minute moderate difficulty walk around the whole estate.
